Contribution Guidelines
An individual may contribute up to $1,500 for the primary election and up to $1,500 for the general election for a total of $3,000. LLCs and LLPs that are not owned by a corporation may contribute up to $1,500 for the primary election and up to $1,500 for the general election for a total of $3,000.

​PACs can contribute up to $7,800 for the primary election and up to $7,800 in the general election. However, corporations and incorporations making campaign contributions totaling over $250 in the aggregate must register as a PAC and file campaign financial disclosure reports.

The law requires candidates make “best efforts” to list the full name, complete address, amount and detailed purpose for each person or organization making the contribution. We ask that you provide this information.
